Easy Veggie Pizza

The kids love when we make homemade vegetable pizza.  I tend to keep a few batches of pizza dough in the fridge so that, in a pinch, I can whip up a few pizzas for dinner or afterschool snack.

Brush your dough with olive oil and garlic and then add whatever ingredients the kids love best – spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and broccoli are favorites here.  Top with the cheese of your choice and follow the baking instructions on the dough's packaging.  I find the roll out dough in the refrigerated section is the easiest and works best, especially when lots of little hands are helping.
