S’mores Cupcakes

Today, in honor of the Pack 227's Blue and Gold Brunch as well as Evan earning his Arrow of Light and becoming a Boy Scout, I made S'mores Cupcakes.  Evan's favorite part of campouts are the s'mores, so I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate.

If you want to surprise your favorite Boy Scout or want to bring a tasty treat to your next campout, these cupcakes are fun and easy to make.

What you will need:

  • Cupcakes of your choosing – homemade or box mix
  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Graham Crackers
  • Hershey Bars

First, bake your favorite type of cupcake. I chose a Devil's Food cake mix.

Top the cupcakes with a dollop of marshmallow fluff.

You can toast the top of the cupcakes in the broiler for a few minutes until they are golden. My husband broke out the blow torch to give my cupcakes that just out of the campfire taste.

Next, top the cupcakes with a 1/4 graham cracker and a piece of Hershey's chocolate bar.

Enjoy!
